# TraceIt

> TraceIt turns an iPhone or iPad into a Bluetooth radar that detects unknown trackers which may be following you (AirTags, Samsung SmartTags, Tile, Chipolo and more) and helps you find your own lost Bluetooth devices like AirPods, headphones and speakers.

TraceIt is a privacy-first iOS app focused on personal safety. Its primary job is to scan your surroundings for unknown Bluetooth trackers that don't belong to you, flag the suspicious ones, and guide you to their exact location with a warm/cold proximity finder, haptics and sound. It also doubles as a general finder for any Bluetooth device you own. All scanning happens on-device and no account is required.
